I wonder if it’s possible to render customer data using Massive?
What would it tell you?

From Salon:
Former President George H.W. Bush waged a secret campaign over several
months early this year to remove Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. The elder Bush
went so far as to recruit Rumsfeld’s potential replacement, personally asking a retired
four-star general if he would accept the position…
The serious side of me goes ‘if true, wow!’, the other side of me suggests that they
should go man-o-man on the White House lawn… winner gets to pick the Secretary of
Defense.

There are a couple of body mod blogs that I track. A few months back one of the writers
described his experimentation with embedding magnets in his finger tips. While the
implants had failed to take in one hand he still a handle full of fingers with magnets
in the tips. The fascinating thing was that he was able to feel the large electromagnetic
fields in his house - for him it was a sixth sense, albeit it a second hand sixth
sense. Yesterday, Wired ran a similar story.
I am finding that a lot of this body mod experimentation, combined with some of the
advances we’re seeing in fertility treatment, is forcing me to readdress some really
fundamental beliefs about the body, what it should do and when it should do it. Once
again it’s an odd feeling to have you biases stripped from you… I know it’s good
for me, but sometimes it feels like some bugger has whipped my duvet from my warm,
sleeping form on a cold winters morning.
