I have that same sick “I’ve gotta have one” feeling that I had when I saw the nano.

I can see some issues with it:
- No 3G support
- No expandable memory
- No GPS
- Only a 2MP camera
- Closed OS with no ability to install other apps or widgets from 3rd parties
- Can only be purchased on a 2 year contract with Cingular in the States
- Mail service is provided by Yahoo so instant spam
- Massive fingerprint magnet altho I can see the added accessory - iGlove!
Sad thing is that it’ll sell like hotcakes. I wouldn’t say no to one, but not at that price. It’s not as awful as the Zune but it still has room for improvement IMO.

The biggest issue I think is that certain services rely on network changes…
