War games to cement inter-governmental relations across south Asia and the Pacific during meetings of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) are part of an emergent re-shaping. Putin's vigor. Globalized ingenuity from China. Secondary leaderships assertively joining alliances outside of common associations. Endless maneuvering within resource infrastructure across the south Asia continent. 

The politics may soon emerge in the headlines, methinks, but not before we find ourselves already living in restructured institutions and still encountering much cultural adjustment around the world. 

As a baby boomer, political conflict has been perpetual. But I'm not pessimistic. It's mere change. Coined from the 60s: "Hey, it's puttin' me through changes, man."</description>
